Meeting Announcement Length Restrictions and Deadlines?

We need to create brief meeting notices (max. 35 wds. or 200 char.) in time for free placement in newpapers/magazines.

Draft Deadline: Ideally 3 weeks (min. 16 days) before meeting.
All drafts to be run past ExecLounge & presenters;  a “good enough” version of draft should be ready 24 hours later (excl. weekends).
Final arbiters: meeting organizer and president.

Format:  The 1st words are sometimes bolded, for use as title.
For “Events listed by date”, day/date is not counted, but is stated 1st.
Metropolis/Tokyo Classified requires a separate title of up to 28 char.

Sample brief announcement:

Separate title ( up to 28 characters ) :
TokyoPC Thurs. Mar. 2
Alternative title ( up to 28 characters ) :
Digital Photography: Mar. 2

Body (can omit items in brackets to trim to 35 wds. or 200 char.):
[Thurs. Mar. 2:]
