What are the elected officer positions of the TPC and what are their duties?

The TPC elects a President, a Vice President and a Treasurer each year in October. 

The President promotes the welfare and interests of the organization.

The Vice-President shares the duties and responsibilities of the President and coordinates with the SIG and Workshop officers. 

The Treasurer collects and disburses funds, keeps financial records, presents regular reports on the Group’s finances to the Officers and reports the financial condition of TPC at the Annual General Meeting.

All other officers of the club are appointed by the elected officers. 

Currently the appointed officers are

Corporate Liaison - Andrew Shuttleworth
APCUG Representative - Ken Cotton
Librarian - Mike Kato
